RAIL CDC RFP- Operations Administrator

RAIL CDC is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek a highly organized and proactive Operations and Communications Manager to support our nonprofit organization in achieving its goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in administrative or office management, preferably in the nonprofit sector, and possess excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Developing and improving organizational systems and processes, supporting program staff in meeting work plan goals, preparing grant and contract billings, and crafting proposals and reports for funders.

  • Develop Coordinating special events and tours, overseeing consultants and vendors.

  • Managed office operations and must be able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and prioritize tasks without compromising quality or deal.

RAIL CDC RFP- Community Organizer

RAIL CDC is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek qualified firms or individuals who can provide community organization by developing and coordinating programs designed to promote the organization and its services to the community and the target population. This role promotes activities and services through various forms of media. Being a community organizer may be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling volunteer workers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with the community to implement recommendations on sparking economic development in the corridor.

  • Server a s a community liaison, connecting community leads and their plans with resources and partners inside and outside the community.

  • Support planning and implementation goals in Southside Mesa and La Victoria neighborhoods.

  • Broker relationships and resources to the southside Mesa and Lavictoria neighborhoods and help them achieve their goals

  • Serve as an advocate for the community's visions.

RAIL CDC RFP- Administrative Assistant

RAIL CDC is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek qualified firms or individuals who are able to provide administrative assistance in day-to-day communications. This role answers calls, takes messages, schedules meetings, writes letters, and prepares financial reports. This role opens and sorts mail and delivers it to the appropriate personnel. The administrative assistant will respond to email inquiries or route them to the appropriate staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Track funding, organizing billing & payments

  • Prepare monthly & quarterly reports for funders, both narrative and financial

  • Open and sort mail, conveying messages to organization administrators

  • Maintain good order within the office and organizational reach

RAIL CDC RFP- Commercial Corridor Manager

RAIL CDC is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek qualified firms or individuals who are able to identify and develop economic and community strategies for redevelopment of Distrito Latino neighborhoods and business corridors Broadway Road in Mesa, AZ

Services would include:

  • Complete a retail analysis/scan for the Distrito Latino service area.

  • Provide communities with tangible tools for economic development and improve the corridor's readiness for other important community enhancements, such as the light rail;

  • Consultants will work with and support RAIL CDC staff to educate and support the community around anti-displacement strategies.

Corridor Project Manager - Request for Proposals

RAIL CDC seeks proposals for a Project Manager Consultant. All applicants must have relevant project management experience, working with private and government funding. RAIL CDC is looking for a project manager to help facilitate and coordinate the RAIL CDC small business technical assistance program within the RAIL CDC service area as well as coordinating the array of consultants that will be needed to execute the program.

RAIL CDC RFP- Financial Opportunity Center Program Manager

RAIL CDC is seeking a community-rooted and economically inclusive program manager to work alongside the RAIL CDC team to plan, develop and coordinate programs and services designed to combat poverty-related conditions in the LISC Financial Opportunity Center Model starting July 15th.

Financial Opportunity Centers provide integrated services that focus on improving the financial situation for low to moderate-income families by helping people boost earnings, reduce expenses, and make appropriate financial decisions that lead to asset building. The centers provide individuals and families with services across three critical and interconnected areas:

Duties/Responsibilities:

As the program Manger of RAIL CDC”s Financial Opportunity Center (FOC), you will work with the RAIL CDC management team and consultants to design, develop and implement a FOC in RAIL CDC’s service area. You will build this from the ground up with the support of appropriate training and consultants to ensure program effectiveness and sustainability through fund development, partnership cultivation, data management, and reporting.

RAIL CDC RFP- Placemaking & Activation Manager

RAIL CDC is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek a qualified individual who can be a Placemaking & Activation Manager. This position is a unique opportunity for a highly-skilled, team-oriented professional to contribute to the quality of life in the valley and the growth of the entrepreneurial community by managing initiatives related to public realm experience and activation and economic vitality.
