More Details

R.A.I.L. C.D.C.’S Financial Opportunity Center (F.O.C.) provides these resources to low to moderate-income individuals on a one-on-one basis to learn about their financial goals and needs while working together to find an approach focused on Employment / Career / Entrepreneurial Development, Financial Coaching/Education and access to low-cost financial products that help build credit, savings, and assets. We also provide access to Income support such as SNAP and utility/rent assistance. The base of the F.O.C. model is to provide these services in an integrated way, rather than as a stand-alone service, and with a long-term commitment to helping clients reach their financial goals. Studies have shown that clients receiving bundled services are more likely to improve their income, network, and credit score.

“Building Financial Stability for Individuals, Businesses, and Communities”

We want to help you plan for the future, not just for you and your family but also for your business, your employees, and their families. Far too many times, we’ve all seen where lousy debt and credit can drain families and communities of money and resources. Where it keeps them from obtaining and sustaining the financial stability required to break the cycle of poverty and build assets that can help create generational wealth for their families.
