The Mesa Prototyping Project was led by the Mesa Arts Center for the second iteration in 2019, with a final event occurring in 2021. RAIL CDC participated as the community partner to help engage neighbors and businesses in the creative development of final project installations. A series of community engagement workshops were created to increase awareness of the prototyping process and to activate neighbors to imagine how they can participate in leading the change in their neighborhood.
